We follow a process at Sky which is quite interesting from the rest of the projects I have been a part. Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver.
Continuously gathering issues on Miro and comparing with competitive to upsell products .
Letting users aware, there is no Sky Store near you.
- Stores are displayed through numbers within circles
- The customers location is presented through the pin icon
- When customers click on a location, a pop up would overlay on the map and give them further information
- The primary action is to book appointment, this would take customers to a separate page
- The secondary CTA will open directions within google maps
Worked on different versions to test with- soft sign in customers
- Already a sky user allows customers to type in their sky user email ID
- Giving them an option as a hirachy if they don’t have a sky account
- A welcome back- letting customers be more aware they are almost in and needs only the password.
